Right there as soon as you eat your cookie. Even if everyone is standing around you watching. So, 2 Christmas Cookies? Ok, then 50 pushups or 200 stomach crunches. As many as you want. You can stand around eating cookies looking all sweaty with powdered sugar around your mouth. Eat your fill. But every single time you have to get down and do your thing right there on the floor or the ground. I don't care what you are wearing...suit, little black dress..whatever.  But think of it this way, you have the approval of a trainer (maybe not a very good one) to have as many Christmas Cookies as you want. And you can have them whenever you want. Have a couple after lunch. Wake up in the middle of the night and have 3 or 4. Then do your 100 pushups and go back to bed. Have a real sweet tooth? Wanna piece of pumpkin pie? The plan is to go into surgery as fit as possible so my recovery is as fast as possible. That includes refining my daily exercise to include what will become some of my post operative therapy exercises. It is pretty hard to get much cardio exercise but I am doing what I can on the Schwinn Airdyne.
